The instrument features an integrated structure and incorporates a test cell, temperature controller, temperature sensor, dielectric loss test bridge, AC power supply, standard capacitor, high resistance meter, DC high voltage source, and other important components. The instrument adopts fully digital technology and intelligent automatic measurements. It is equipped with a large color LCD screen (800 x 480) with a Chinese user interface. Test results are automatically recorded and printed, allowing optimal use even without professional training.Main Functions and FeaturesThree-electrode test cell, compliant with GB/T5654-2007, 2 mm spacing, eliminates the effects of stray capacitance and leakage on dielectric loss test results. Equipped with an oil drain solenoid, allowing the test cell to be emptied and rinsed with the test sample without removal.Uses medium-frequency induction heating and PID temperature control algorithm.
