Product overviewKNTECH Telephone Management System is designed for control offices to monitor Emergency Call Points in real time to ensure all phone stations are in good working status. The system notifies the control office immediately if a telephone is faulty so maintenance can be dispatched. TSS-1000 runs on a Windows PC and consists of one Windows software package plus the Emergency Call Point KNSP-19. All Emergency Call Point devices include monitoring and self-diagnostic functionality, including automatic self-test of microphone and loudspeaker with a configurable schedule for automatic self-tests.
Operation and monitoringAt least every 24 hours, all Emergency Call Points send their health/fault status to the TSS-1000 control room for display. Monitoring data can also be made available to relevant subscribers for maintenance purposes. The system includes symbols, icons and color codes to identify object monitoring statuses for easy operation. The system is highly reliable, with simple installation and operation: run the TSS-1000 application on a compatible PC. Phone calls have higher priority while a self-checking task is performed.
