StructureThe Go5 follows a construction philosophy that prioritizes maximum dynamic stability. The structure consists of a fixed gantry architecture with a moving table, made entirely of high-quality heavy cast iron castings. This ensures high damping of vibrations typical of high-speed machining, superior thermal stability and minimized geometric drift during prolonged work cycles. The 45° inclined base acts as a load-bearing column, distributing weights in a balanced manner and offering torsional rigidity for precision across the working volume.
Plug & Play InstallationThe Go5 is designed for logistical flexibility: the rigidity of the cast iron monoblock allows installation on good-quality industrial floors without special foundations. Leveling via anti-vibration mounts reduces commissioning time and cost. The self-supporting structure allows relocations and lifting without altering geometric alignments or original precision.
Milling unitPerformance and precision: the machine can be configured with two different spindle types to suit production requirements from high-speed roughing to ultra-high-precision finishing. Each spindle is supported by a closed-circuit cooling system stabilizing bearings and windings. Both systems use minimal air/oil lubrication for the bearings, automatically managed to ensure longevity under continuous high-speed use.
