Présentation généraleThe MF series of mass flow meters are designed for general-purpose gas metering, monitoring, processing and/or control across industrial, medical and laboratory applications. Key attributes across the series include enhanced flow conditioning for flexible installation, low pressure drop for energy efficiency, easy replacement/customization of mechanical connectors, and multiple sensing technologies (proprietary MEMS thermal / calorimetric and Thermal-D technologies).
MF3000The MF3000 series mass flow meters are designed for general-purpose gas metering, processing, monitoring, and/or control. The products feature enhanced flow conditioning, enabling greater flexibility during installation. Applications include pneumatic control and process automation; the series offers low pressure drop for enhanced energy efficiency. The products are designed for easy replacement of mechanical connectors. Standard connectors for 2 to 200 SLPM models are BSPT 1/4"-male or One-touch connectors. For 500 to 1500 SLPM models the standard connector is BSPT 1/2"-female. Customized connectors are available.
MF4000The MF4000 series is designed for precise monitoring and control of industrial gases and suitable for certain medical devices (anesthesia devices, endoscopes, plasma cancer treatment systems). Typical industrial applications include welding machines, laser equipment and gas mixtures. The series offers an extended dynamic flow range, a working pressure rating up to 0.8 MPa (8 bar / 112 psi), and a compensated temperature range of -10 to +55 °C. Standard connectors: one-touch or BSPT 1/4"; other custom connectors available.
MF4700The MF/FS4700 series uses Siargo's proprietary MEMS calorimetric mass flow sensing technology and smart control electronics. The sensor surface is passivated with silicon nitride ceramic materials and coated with a water/oilproof nano-coating for enhanced performance and reliability. Meter body materials include aluminum alloy or stainless steel for compatibility with most gas applications. The MF4700 offers full-scale measurements down to 10 sccm, an extended dynamic flow range, a working pressure rating up to 1.0 MPa, and an operating temperature range of -10 to +55 °C.
MF5000The MF5000 series employs Siargo's proprietary MEMS mass flow sensing technology and innovative electronic circuitry to directly measure mass flow with very low pressure loss. It offers expanded options for pipe diameters, flow ranges and gas types. Models are suitable for industrial gas processes, laboratory/test bench use, and hazardous zones (Ex ia IIC T4 Gb). MF5000 can measure flows from 0.15 up to 800 SLPM. Connectors can be fully customized.
MF5100The MF5100 series is engineered for an extensive dynamic range (200:1) and high accuracy (1.5% of reading) in flow metering and control. Using proprietary MEMS mass flow sensing, the meter can automatically recognize registered gases and includes an option to operate on a lithium-ion battery for up to 5 years. Current MF5100 models measure up to 100 SLPM. Connectors are customizable.
MF5200The MF5200 series is built on the Thermal-D MEMS thermal sensing technology, combining calorimetry and diffusivity sensing. Various wireless data options make the products suitable for plug-and-play IoT applications. Typical uses include hospital gases (air, oxygen, nitrogen, carbon dioxide, argon, nitrous oxide), industrial gas processing and management. The design supports separate remote displays and, in addition to gas mass flow, can provide gas pressure and gas temperature measurements.
MF5600The MF5600 series provides general-purpose flow metering and control with a detachable meter head for remote/distance data reading. The meters measure mass flow directly with minimal pressure loss. Applications include hospital oxygen delivery management, industrial process monitoring and gauging, welding gas equipment and food & beverage processes. MF5600 can measure flows up to 800 SLPM. Connectors are customizable.
MF5700The MF5700 series targets general-purpose flow metering and control with IoT/wired data options and an available battery-powered mode. Using proprietary MEMS sensing and smart electronics, the series offers cost-effectiveness, minimal pressure loss and multiple gas options. MF5700 can measure flows up to 500 SLPM. Mechanical connectors are fully customizable.
MF5900The MF5900 series uses Siargo's MEMS Thermal-D sensing technology and advanced electronics. It maintains very high sensitivity at low flow rates, enabling selective gas measurement without external gas-transfer data. Models are programmable for various functions and applicable to low-flow natural gas and process metering. MF5900 can measure flows up to 5000 SLPM (with a 2" pipe). Connectors are customizable.
