DLM 28mm Series — Compact and Integrated Linear Motion Solution Based on DINGS’ platform products, including the high-precision lead screw linear actuator and the self-developed simple linear module, the DLM 28mm Series provides a compact and reliable linear motion solution. The DLM 28mm Series offers high precision, diverse stroke options, and lead-based customization, delivering fully integrated linear modules that meet various customer application needs. By integrating the motor, screw (lead/ball), rail, and guide into a single compact module, the DLM Series maximizes user convenience and minimizes installation space. Various screw pitch options are available, based on 20, 28, 35, 42, and 57mm stepper motors, with stroke lengths ranging from 20mm to 600mm. Optional closed-loop control can be achieved through a high-precision encoder and integrated motion controller. In addition, DINGS’ provides various customization options according to customer requirements, including sensors, Teflon coating, and brake options.
