The radium heats the atmosphere by reflecting the thermal energy generated by the combustion of the air-gas mixture inside the radiant tubes into the desired environment using parabolic aluminum reflectors. Radium tube-type radiants heat people and objects, ensuring optimal comfort. The radiant tubes use heat-treated aluminum steel mesh tubes for efficient, low-capacity heating. From raw tube to finished tube, the production process undergoes special procedures to achieve the highest possible radiant capacity in usage areas.Specific radiant tubes for steel and aluminum are used, with a radiant efficiency of 92%, minimizing heat loss. The flame, created by the combustion of the air-fuel mixture in the burner, flows through the tube and the exhaust gases are expelled through the chimney. The energy generated by gas combustion is transferred to the tube, which then radiates heat to the environment. The maximum heat transfer and radiation capacity depend directly on the quality and suitability of the connecting tube.Reflectors made of highly reflective aluminum are used to maximize the use of radiant energy, reflecting it from dead zones (usually facing the ceiling) back into the environment, increasing overall heating efficiency.Emissivity is a dimensionless number that measures an object's ability to emit energy compared to a black body. For real bodies, the emission coefficient varies between 0 and 1, depending on surface structure, radiant wavelength, and surface temperature. The most important parameter in choosing the capacity of the tubular radiator is the suspension height. Capacity and type are selected based on comfort and safety requirements in the target area.Control options include remote control, manual Pako switch, integration via control card, automatic thermostat control, and integration into automation systems (SCADA).The control panel offers password protection, 24/7 programmable function, 128x64 graphic LCD, heat retention mode, anti-freeze protection, computer communication port, automatic/manual control, external temperature sensor connection, and the ability to control 8 independent zones and 32 devices in total.Analog thermostat automatically turns the device off when the set temperature is reached and back on when the temperature drops, saving fuel.Temperature sensor allows for modulation control and temperature adjustment via the device, optimizing fuel consumption based on environmental conditions.Pako switched manual control allows stepwise manual adjustment for local solutions without a control panel.Daygas remote controls are simple to use with 3 buttons, allowing all device functions to be managed remotely.Key Features / Technical Specifications:Capacity: 30 kWGas Consumption: NG 2.85 m³/h / LPG 2.11 kg/hDimensions: 250h / 7200-10200L / 405wWeight: Net 120-175 kg / Gross 150-220 kgOperating Pressure: 21-55 mbar NG / 32-55 mbar LPGInstallation Height: 260-470 cmElectrical Connection: 230-240VAC 50-60Hz +/-15%Gas Connection: G ¾’’Quick start, anti-freeze protection, low emissions, high safety, safe gas valve, low energy consumption, easy maintenance and installation, flame-retardant cable, two types (I and U), 2 or 5 stages with thermostat/remote, radiant heating without air ventilation, fault notification on display.
