The heat generated in the blades with increased efficiency and an axial fan makes them the most homogeneous heat dissipation devices as the heat is transferred directly to the environment.Lodos Hot Air GeneratorsDaygas Lodos hot air generators provide heating from the thermal energy of NG or LPG, either directly to the environment where the fan is installed or by blowing hot air through air ducts. They offer high efficiency and low energy consumption thanks to a specially designed boiler structure. The special design ensures the lowest operating noise with the boiler and body structure, making it quieter than its counterparts. Due to the increase in heating air, it is recommended to use hot air generators in enclosed spaces not exceeding a ceiling height of 5m for more efficient and homogeneous heating.Ability to work hermetically and semi-hermetically.Electrical components consist of non-flammable, heat-resistant silicone cables. All metallic components are made of aluminum and silicon alloy resistant to high temperatures.Control DeviceThere are different scenarios and control elements related to device management. The main options are:Remote control.Pako switched manual control.Integration via control card.Automatic thermostat control.Integration into automation system (SCADA control). The variety of control scenarios offered as 5 different alternatives allows proper and appropriate management of the products. The most suitable control scenario is chosen by evaluating the on-site use of the devices and site conditions. Consequently, control with the right solution scenario facilitates both fuel savings and long-term, trouble-free service.Automation System Integration (SCADA Control)Devices can be directly integrated into building automation systems (BMS) via the Modbus communication protocol through the RS485 port (internal), or if no BMS is available, device control can be fully automatic from a single center via an HMI touchscreen or PC.Device operation scheduling on specified days and times.Viewing device error codes and identifying which device has a problem and storing it in memory.Step and regional or individual modulation control of heating devices.Functional controls such as instant, daily, weekly, or monthly monitoring of fuel consumption are advantages of the integrated automation system.Control PanelPassword protection.24/7 programmable function.128 x 64 graphic LCD screen.Heat retention mode.Anti-freeze protection device.Computer communication port.Possibility of automatic and manual control.Possibility to connect an external temperature sensor.Possibility to control 8 independent zones and 32 devices in total. The control panel makes your work easier with many commands, from turning devices on and off on working days and at desired time intervals, to keeping the environment warm within the set temperature range for frost protection when the business is closed.Analog ThermostatThe Daygas analog thermostat automatically turns off the device when the set temperature value is reached, then when the ambient temperature drops below the desired value, the device automatically switches on at the maximum level and starts working again. In this way, it saves fuel.Temperature SensorAnti-freeze protection mode.Possibility of modulating control.Temperature adjustment via the device. When your devices approach the programmed temperature with the Daygas temperature sensor, it saves fuel by reducing the modulation value of the device according to weather conditions. When the environment reaches the desired temperature, the device turns off automatically, then when it falls below the desired value, the device automatically turns on at the most appropriate temperature level for the environment and starts working again.Pako Switched Manual ControlWith the Pako switched control, manual step-adjustable control can be provided on the Pako. For more local solutions where there is no control panel or it is not necessary, devices can be operated at the desired level via the Pako switch. Heating elements can be controlled with independent step adjustment. Since the device is not powered in standby – in (0) position on the Pako, the device to be turned off goes to sleep after shutdown procedures, thus ensuring the longevity of the devices.Remote ControlDaygas remote controls are simple-to-use control devices with 3 buttons and easy functions. With the Daygas remote control, all device functions such as on-off, heat adjustment, and reset can be easily controlled. All Daygas products can be controlled remotely with a single remote.Technical Specifications / FeaturesCapacity: 60kWGas Consumption: NG 5.70m³/h / LPG 4.22kg/hDimensions: 790h / 1057L / 842wWeight: Net 103.25kg / Gross 124.04kgWorking Pressure: NG 21-55mbar / LPG 32-55mbarHeating Area (surface): min 325m² / avg 390m² / max 470m²Heating Area (volume): min 750m³ / avg 1200m³ / max 1424m³Sound Level in Empty Space: 62 d-BASound Level in Working Environment: 50 d-BAAir Flow: 6900m³Electrical Connection (EU): 190-260 V / 50-60 HzGas Connection: G ¾’’
