CONTROLS

• 100% hydraulic system with basket controls to grant maximum reliability and accuracy in movements.
• Switchable basket controls and hydraulic hoses inside booms work in low pressure (25 Bar) for longer service life.
• Emergency controls from the ground.
• Fully hydraulic controls allow two simultaneous movements and provide greater sensitivity and progressive maneuvers compared to electro-hydraulic controls; they are immune to electrical damage from rain or humidity.
• Stop valves directly mounted on each hydraulic cylinder.
• Control levers with automatic return to rest position. Control panels located on: basket (platform control board), carter (platform control board for emergency only), subframe (outriggers control board).

SAFETY SYSTEM

• Outriggers blocked when the boom is not in rest position.
• Boom blocked when outriggers are not completely lowered.
• No need for devices to limit lateral outreach; design ensures every reachable working position from the basket is within the safe working area.
• Emergency hand pump to allow movement if main pump is damaged; enables return of boom and outriggers to rest position.
• All movements via hydraulic double-acting jacks with double effect safety valves controlling oil inlet and outlet.
• Warning light indicating outriggers not completely down.
• General emergency stop push-button (basket and ground).

BASKET
